The "Holla!" kanban project was collaboratively built with friend and colleague, Malik Whitfield. The application utilizes Vue.js on the client side and Node.js on the server side. The concept of a kanban board was created by Taiichi Ohno, and is a work management tool that allows users to organize, set, and prioritize tasks. In Japanese, the word "Kan" means "visual" and "ban" means "card," so Kanban refers to visual cards. Click the link to register and test the app!

Bootstrap with card-columns to format images in a masonry or "Pinterest" format. Vue's state management stores image content and it's "v-for" directive implements multiple modal and card instances to keep code DRY. On the about page a transparent white layer over the background image to wash out details and make text more legible. Navbar animations were done using Scrollreveal.js. Click the link to visit.
